1. About Our Services
Saksha Journeys arranges and coordinates spiritual journeys, pilgrimage tours, treks, group tours, cultural experiences and customised travel plans. Tour inclusions, itineraries, travel arrangements, accommodation and activities may vary from one tour to another.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking request is considered confirmed only after the required booking amount or full payment has been received and confirmation has been provided by Saksha Journeys.
- Providing your details through the website enquiry or booking form does not by itself guarantee a seat or reservation.
- Seats and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- The person making the booking is responsible for providing accurate traveller information.
3. Tour Price & Inclusions
The price of each tour will be communicated along with the applicable inclusions and exclusions. Travellers are advised to carefully check what is included before making payment.
Unless specifically mentioned in the tour package, personal expenses, additional meals, room-service charges, entry fees, optional activities, medical expenses and other incidental expenses may not be included.
4. Itinerary Changes
Tour itineraries are planned in advance but may need to be modified due to weather, traffic, road conditions, railway or transport schedules, government restrictions, local conditions, safety considerations, venue availability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Saksha Journeys may make reasonable changes to the itinerary when necessary while attempting to maintain the overall purpose and experience of the journey.
5. Transportation
Transportation arrangements may include buses, trains, private vehicles or other modes of transport depending on the tour. Departure and arrival times are approximate and may change because of traffic, railway schedules, weather or other operational reasons.
6. Accommodation
Accommodation is provided according to the package selected and subject to availability. Room allocation may depend on the booking type and availability at the property.
Any special room requirement should be communicated at the time of booking and is subject to availability.
7. Traveller Responsibilities
- Travellers must carry valid identification and any required travel documents.
- Travellers should follow the instructions provided by the tour coordinator or guide.
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.
- Travellers should behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, local communities and service providers.
- Any special requirements should be communicated to Saksha Journeys before the journey.
8. Health & Fitness
Certain journeys, particularly treks and physically demanding activities, may require an appropriate level of fitness. Travellers are responsible for assessing their ability to participate safely.
Travellers should inform Saksha Journeys about any relevant requirements or assistance they may need before travelling.
9. Personal Belongings
Travellers are responsible for their valuables, luggage, mobile phones, documents, money and other personal belongings. Saksha Journeys is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings except where responsibility is established under applicable law.
10. Photography & Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during group journeys for documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos, please inform the Saksha Journeys team.
11. Force Majeure
Saksha Journeys shall not be responsible for delays, changes or inability to provide part of a journey caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, public emergencies or other unforeseen events.
12. Third-Party Services
Certain services may be provided by third-party transport operators, hotels, restaurants, guides or other service providers. Their services are subject to their respective operational conditions and applicable policies.
13. Communication
By submitting an enquiry or booking form, you agree that Saksha Journeys may contact you regarding your enquiry, booking, itinerary, payment, travel updates and other information related to the journey.
14. Changes to These Terms
Saksha Journeys may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future bookings.
